OptiNet-Security provides documentary and technical support in connection with cases involving financial loss, fraud, account compromise, identity theft, or online scams.
In this context, OptiNet-Security may in particular:
- Review the documents and information provided by the client
- Draft a detailed technical report on the situation
- Organise evidence and reconstruct the chronology of events
- Direct the client towards the appropriate authorities or bodies
- Submit relevant information where the situation warrants it
OptiNet-Security reserves the discretionary right to engage or not engage certain contacts, partners, or competent bodies depending on the nature, coherence, and feasibility of the case.
OptiNet-Security is bound by an obligation of means, not of result. Accordingly:
- No refund of lost funds can be guaranteed
- No recovery of assets, bank transfers, or cryptocurrencies can be promised
- No identification of perpetrators can be assured
- No favourable decision by a bank, insurer, platform, or authority can be guaranteed.
OptiNet-Security guarantees only:
- The diligent performance of the commissioned services
- The drafting of the agreed documents
- The referral or submission of the case where applicable
- The deployment of reasonable means appropriate to the case.
Decisions taken by administrative or judicial authorities, platforms, banks, or insurers remain entirely independent of OptiNet-Security.
The client remains solely responsible for:
- The information and documents submitted
- The declarations made
- Any administrative or legal proceedings undertaken in their name.
Any false declaration, document falsification, or fraudulent use of the services will result in the immediate termination of the engagement, with no refund possible.
Authenticity of Reviews and Partners
OptiNet-Security affirms that reviews published about its services come from real clients who have used those services.
Published reviews are:
- Verified
- Verifiable
- Moderated to limit fraudulent or misleading content.
OptiNet-Security undertakes not to publish false reviews or fictitious testimonials.
Partners, collaborators, or organisations featured on the site are also subject to reasonable prior verification before any promotion.
However, OptiNet-Security cannot be held responsible for:
- A change in a partner's situation
- Actions or statements made independently by third-party partners.

Satisfaction Guarantee Policy (Training)
Certain training programmes may benefit from a "satisfaction or money-back" guarantee valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date and time of purchase.
Any refund request made after expiry of this period will be automatically refused.
A refund cannot be granted in cases of:
- Abuse
- Fraud
- Mass download of content
- Unauthorised sharing
- Manifestly excessive consumption of the training content prior to the refund request.
OptiNet-Security reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving a refund.
Job Offers, Internships, and Work-Study Placements
As part of certain "High Ticket" offers or premium support programmes, OptiNet-Security may propose:

- Professional recommendations.
OptiNet-Security guarantees only the proposal of opportunities or introductions. No hiring, application acceptance, contract signing, or professional outcome can be guaranteed.
Final decisions rest exclusively with:

OptiNet-Security cannot be held responsible for a rejected application, an absence of response, or a recruitment failure.
Certifications and Internal Recognition

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they do not constitute:

Limitation of Financial Liability
Within the limits permitted by applicable French law, the total liability of OptiNet-Security, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the service in question.
OptiNet-Security cannot be held liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Loss of business
- Financial losses
- Loss of data
- Loss of clients
- Loss of cryptocurrencies
- Reputational damage
- Any intangible loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the services offered.
Force Majeure
OptiNet-Security cannot be held responsible for non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
The following are considered force majeure events, without this list being exhaustive:
- Hosting provider outage
- OVH outage
- Cyberattack
- Network unavailability
- Stripe service interruption
- Server failure
- Fire
- Natural disaster
- War
- Pandemic
- Governmental act
- Power outage
- Any unforeseeable external event beyond OptiNet-Security's control.
During a force majeure event, OptiNet-Security's obligations are suspended for the duration of the event concerned.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC, GTU, and legal notice are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Prohibition of Reverse Engineering and Reuse
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Analyse
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Modify
- Misappropriate
- Resell
- Redistribute
- Or commercially exploit the tools, scripts, laboratories, methodologies, infrastructure, educational content, or resources provided by OptiNet-Security without prior written authorisation.
Any attempt at reverse engineering or unauthorised extraction may give rise to civil and criminal proceedings.
Suspension, Banning, and Account Deletion
Any fraud, attempted intrusion, scraping, account sharing, technical circumvention, unauthorised resale, abuse, or activity that undermines the security of the site or services will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Or permanent deletion, without notice or refund.
OptiNet-Security also reserves the right to retain the technical evidence necessary to defend its interests or to transmit to the relevant authorities.
Evidential Value of Electronic Records
Connection logs, activity histories, IP addresses, electronic exchanges, emails, electronic signatures, order validations, and payment histories constitute admissible evidence between the parties.
These elements may be used in any administrative, civil, or criminal proceedings.
Age Requirements and Legal Capacity
The services offered by OptiNet-Security are reserved for adults who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with French law.
Any registration by a minor without legal authorisation may result in the immediate deletion of the account concerned.
Lawful Use of Cybersecurity Tools and Content
The tools, laboratories, demonstrations, educational content, phishing simulations, OSINT exercises, or technical resources provided by OptiNet-Security are exclusively intended for:
- Educational purposes
- Defensive purposes
- Preventive purposes
- Awareness purposes
- Lawful security purposes.
Any use that is:
- Illegal
- Fraudulent
- Intrusive
- Malicious
- Unauthorised
- Or contrary to French or international law is solely the responsibility of the client or user concerned.
OptiNet-Security cannot be held responsible for the misuse or unlawful use of the knowledge, tools, or content provided.
